What is a Fan Meet? Can Anyone Attend?

Since the early 2000’s, fans of Blue Man Group have been gathering annually at venues across the globe celebrating in seeing a show together, having dinner and just being with friends and family. The term “Fan Meet” was coined back in the original message board (forum) days of the Internet, when folks would logon to a forum to read and post on thread topics. It’s an old school method of community by today’s standards, but believe it or not, Blue Man Fans has it’s own forum for you to freely register and jump right into the conversations with our community. Click Here to get started. The Fan Meet great way to meet some creative people, and experience together a show and a community that’s been going strong for over 25 years. It’s obviously for the “super fans” of the show from Vegas to Berlin, but it’s also intended as a launchpad for newcomers and their families to attend as well. We invite bloggers, influencers and local theme park enthusiasts to take advantage of this fun night.

One of the most asked questions we often see, “Can I bring my children?” You’ll be delighted to know that the show’s material and music are intended to ignite the inner child in everyone, from 3 years old to 85, everyone who experiences the show with like-minded friends will get something truly inspiring out of it. Blue Man Group taps into the inner child in all of us, and for those 2 hours of the show, we’ll laugh, reflect, feel creative and become inspired… we guarantee it. So yes, bring your little ones, and bring your entire family, young and old!

July 26th Schedule (Times TBD)

This is rough estimate of how the day will look for those attending other the 8pm show, or both shows. Please be advised, this schedule could radically change if certain things are scheduled or requested by Blue Man Group directly.

• 1:30PM Fans Arrive on Site at ICON Park to prepare for brunch and first show at 5PM.
• 2PM – Brunch and Socializing with the community (fans arriving to 8PM can skip the afternoon activities if so desired).
• 5PM – First Show to those attending (fans who opt out of this option can explore ICON Park and engage in the entertainment options on site.)
• 7PM – Fans gather Inside ICON Park main Hall for quick snack, restroom facilities are on site, and prepare for arrival at 8PM show.
• 8PM – Fans collectively watch the show together, HIGH ENERGY LEVEL WARNING! Of course we’re going to be HYPED!
• 10PM – Fans gather over dinner to unwind from the day and socialize.

So How Do I Get Tickets? What Are Seating Options?

Blue Man Group Orlando box office team have been so gracious in offering all fans and newcomers who attend the show(s) on July 26th with a 20% OFF incentive. This is a group discount incentive only available to us at BlueManFans.com. We have opted for the best viewing experience possible with Category 1 seating as outlined below in the seating chart in light blue. If you prefer seating in other rows or need ADA-accessible seats, there will be a “Select tickets individually” option made available in the group discount link that will be provided.

To get your tickets, please email us directly bluemanfans@gmail.com with the following information. It’s important that you follow the directions below to insure your information will be accurate ahead of the event day. Once your email is received, please allow 24 hours or less for a response. We will send you the group VIP ticket discount link. Please note the link will only be active for you uniquely, and will expire up to one week before the event. Once you’ve selected your tickets, and proceed to checkout, you will be asked to create an account on the blueman.com ticketing portal, so please do so. You’ll need an account on the Group Ticketing Portal so for billing and payment details so your tickets will be sent to you electronically. All tickets purchased will be a MOBILE TICKET with a unique QR code.

We do not use any official Blue Man Group branding on our designs, and all of our apparel, accessories and keepsake items are all original artwork created and designed by BlueManFan.com founder Joseph Burke. All designs in the Blue Man Collection are heavily discounted at cost items. Meaning there are no markup on store items. We only implement a $2 upcharge per item as to cover shipping costs from our supplier. • ORLANDO WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED AGE TO BRING MY CHILD TO BLUE MAN GROUP? 

The recommended age for children is 3 and up. Child pricing is available for our Orlando show. Please be aware that all patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Lap-sitting without a paid ticket is not permitted. Blue Man Group encourages young children to use hearing protection. Should parents or guardians not bring their own, hearing protection is available from the Front of House staff.

• ARE THERE RESTAURANTS AND BARS NEAR BLUE MAN GROUP?

ICON Park hosts many restaurants, conveniently located near the Blue Man Theater. Check out everything ICON Park has to offer: ICON Park Orlando – The Ultimate Entertainment Destination. The Fan Meet event on July 26th will be utilizing some on site locations for dining just feet away from the theater itself.

• WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT BLUE MAN GROUP?

Theater doors open 30 minutes before show time, and we recommend you arrive at the theater no later than 15 minutes before show time. Large groups should plan to arrive even earlier. Since we’ll be doing the event collectively on July 26th, we’ll be having prompt arrival times unless you choose not to participate in dining options before and after the shows.

• WHERE DO I PARK FOR BLUE MAN GROUP?

ICON Park features a seven-story covered parking garage right on-property. Valet parking on the first-floor Premium parking on floors 2 and 3 FREE parking on floors 4 through 7 Limited parking is also available in the parking lot right in front of the Blue Man Theater off Universal Blvd.
