Don't forget, Orlando is an entertainment mecha, much like Vegas. There are many, MANY rehearsal studios and warehouses around the theme park districts and beyond for performers to train in. There's agencies who rent out their performance spaces so companies from Blue Man Group to cruise ship entertainment can practice and rehearse. Even our very own SnubbyJ was in Orlando a couple years ago rehearsing at a space designed for such occasions for cruise ship entertainment.
