Couldn’t make it to NYC this weekend ‘cuz I’m out school’s Math Team coach. And, well, one of our biggest competitions of the years was TODAY and I couldn’t have even the slightest possibility of having a late/cancelled flight home because I needed to get the kids to this competition.

Turns out, it was the right choice. Our team placed 1st and earned the chance to compete at the State competition next month!!

Pro tip: If you know where your kid is going to graduate from high school, even if it’s many years away, stock up on decorations & stuff when you find insanely good deals. Just got home from a trip to Party City and have most of what we’ll need for 2 grad parties (5 & 7 years from now) for $50.

The new challenge: finding a place to store said items & remembering that we have it.
