Is the "Japan Tour" a split leg of the "Bluevolution Tour"?

Is the "Japan Tour" a split leg of the "Bluevolution Tour"?

Title says it all. From what I looked at the stage seems to be the exact same and both have the Rockstar character. Is there any differences to the show content witch BMG labels as seperate tours?

Really good question, I'm curious to know and possibly see pictures if some of our fans across the seas could share some insight.
